Every decision is verified by multi-source consensus from independent organizations, recorded with cryptographic proof, and auditable by any third party — any bank, any regulator, any court — without access to the underlying models.
How it works
Any AI-originated action — credit verdict, medical advice, insurance claim — enters the router with a signed context.
The constitution engine, compiled into the binary, classifies the decision under 11 jurisdictional rules and runs 4-source consensus.
A Merkle-anchored, KMS-signed receipt lands in the WORM store. Any third party can replay it deterministically.
Governance classes
Every output is assigned exactly one class. The class determines whether the AI can act, must draft, or must stop.
Low-risk, fully constrained by the constitution. The AI acts; the audit receipt is filed.
Material decision inside the gray zone. The AI proposes; a qualified human signs.
High-severity or regulated territory. Complete block — no AI action until a human authorizes.
